These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pylox hosting services, the Pylox Area client panel, and any related control panels (including our Hydrodactyl panel) made available to you ("the Service"). By registering an account, placing an order, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase services from Pylox. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
The Service provides server hosting and related resources. Allocations, resource limits, and specifications are detailed on the plans available in the Store. While we aim to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

All prices are displayed in the currency selected in your account and may include applicable tax. Payment is due at the time of order. Services are billed per the selected billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or otherwise) and renew automatically for the chosen cycle.
As stated at checkout, services are non-refundable once provisioned. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds for services that fail to provision due to an error on our side. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in suspension of your account and services.
You are solely responsible for backing up your data. While we may provide snapshot or backup features, Pylox is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or deletion. When a service is suspended and not renewed within the grace period, or when an account is deleted, associated servers and files may be permanently removed.
Each plan is subject to the resource limits specified in the Store. Extended periods of 100% CPU utilisation, excessive storage, or abuse of allocated resources may result in throttling or suspension. We may adjust plans or pricing with reasonable notice; existing orders will not be affected until their current billing cycle ends.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pylox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time from the client area. Pylox may suspend or terminate your account and services if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay amounts due. Upon termination, your access to services and data will cease.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
